Going too far

While this note is not exactly new, the game is still on Early Access, so it's not quite obsolete either... also, coming with an actual punchline for THAT was hard (pun intended) considering that article on its own was basically its own (donkey)punchline.

Now, I'm far from a puritan, and whoever gets all offended at that bit (pun intended) of game has clearly not read Robert E. Howard's original Conan tales. In addition, it's good to see a game publisher that still has the balls to pursue something outside the milketoast PG-13 demographic. Still, there IS such thing as going too far when your game is begging for the lowest common denominator to see it as the new Second Life (then again, it might end up not being the case, it wouldn't be the first time I worry over nothing).

Also, for those not familiar with F.A.T.A.L, we're talking about the "He Who Must Not Be Named" of tabletop roleplaying games. While its infamy comes from having been the first attempt at an erotic game, the reason it earns my disdain is because it combines a godawful system, hyper-realism, and a pretentious author.
